General Condition:
  • The general occupancy in the room is subject to existing bed in each room and the maximum occupancy is an additional, such as child sharing in existing bed or an additional  extra bed in each bedroom.
  • Extra bed is permitted in every bedroom except Standard room at the rate of 600-800 THB per night include breakfast.
  • Check-out time 06:00-11:00 Hrs., Check-in time 14:00-20:00 Hrs., please kindly notify us your arrival time.
Child Policy: Bed & Breakfast
  • Bedding, Free of charge for child 0-10 year who sharing with the parent in the existing bed.
  • Extra bed, Child over 10 years or next child are considered as adult, 600-800 THB per night, included Breakfast.
  • Baby cot, Free of charge for child 0-2 year, on request.
  • Breakfast, Free of charge for child 0-3 year, over 3 years it is charged 150 baht per day.
  • All children policy is on request and upon availability.
Smoking Policy

All rooms  are non-smoking rooms, if smoking is done in the room which will be fined 3,000 THB for cleaning and additional charges of 1-night to leave the room empty until smell clears off. Smoking is permitted at room terrace.

Pet Policy : All pets are not allowed.
Payment Policy

By general, no deposit will be charged and the total price will be paid at the hotel on arrival by credit card or cash, exclusive of pre-purchase booking which will be paid on the day of booking.

*On Peak Season period during 20th Dec -10th Jan, all bookings shall be done with full deposit and the total price will be charged on the booking date.

Credit cards will take one time pre-authorized for guarantee booking with total amount of booking, it is just temporary hold of total amount of the available balance on credit card, which will be released automatically in 0-14 working days.

In case if used debit card, it like real money that card owner need to contact their bank to release.

Cancellation Policy:

Each rate plan may differ as per the available policy, the policy always display in any channel before you make a reservation.

We would wish you to come to visit us Koh Lanta but if necessary, to cancel please make sure which channel you have booked and contact that way for cancellation process too. 

To book the hotel, just sent your direct request to reservation team who will support you in short time.

IS INTERNET AVAILABLE IN THE HOTEL?

At Tropicana Lanta Resort, we provide free wireless or broadband internet access in every room and public area. 

You can obtain a password from the front desk.

IS POSSIBLE TO CHECK IN EARLIER?

We are happy to provide early check-in, however is subject to availability.

To ensure your room is ready upon arrival, we recommend you to reserve the room in advance with your estimate time of arrival.

I WILL BE ARRIVING LATE IN THE EVENING AT THE HOTEL. CAN I STILL CHECK-IN?

Yes sure, in case you arrive late please let us in advance, then we shall keep our reception open until your arrival.

As the last ferry cross to Koh Lanta will end at 10pm, if you are failed to catch the last ferry, then we recommend to stay 1 night at Krabi Town and come to Koh Lanta next day.

HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN STAY IN ONE ROOM?

Each guest room can accommodate as type of bed in the room.

With existing bed, one child below 10 year is permitted with free of charge. And for an extra adult is charged for extra bed.

DOES YOUR HOTEL PROVIDE A FREE SHUTTLE SERVICE?

We do have daily shuttle bus service and provide a free of charge from island main pier to hotel on arrival, from checkout from other hotel and move to our place, and from hotel to beach nearby.

Another transfer (e.g. airport transfer, around the island, or taxi) you can book a ticket at hotel front desk.

Bike, motorbike, car can rent at hotel from front desk.

CAN WE BOOK SIGHTSEEING TOURS DIRECTLY AT THE HOTEL?

Yes, we do recommend to book a ticket directly from the hotel at hotel front desk.

HOW FAR IS THE HOTEL FROM SHOPPING AREA IN TOWN?

Main shopping center area is Saladan Village, at the same location at the main pier, 7km. from our resort. However, many shops nearby and nearest supermarket is at 500m.

HOW FAR IS THE HOTEL FROM THE BEACH?

From the left side of our resort, it is 500m to Secret Beach, 1km to Klong Kong Beach (we provide daybed for our guest at this beach).

From the right side of our resort, it is 800m to Relax Beach, 1.5km to Long Beach, we provide free shuttle bus to beach daily.

Please check shuttle bus schedule at hotel front desk.

WHAT ROOM TYPE SHOULD WE BOOK IF WE WANT REALLY QUIET ROOM?

Superior Room is recommended.

We are small hotel, and each room setting on the garden side are mostly quiet except few Standard rooms.

Deluxe room is next to the pool, so you will hear more sound from the people swimming, but the nighttime will be quiet and very beautiful view.

HOW MUCH DOES COST FOR CHILDREN?

We offer free of charge for 1 child lower than 10 years who share with parents and for breakfast 150 THB per day,

Additional child need to have an extra bed with charge.

DOES THE RATE INCLUDE BREAKFAST?

All rate included breakfast, we provide breakfast buffet on peak season around Dec-Mar and full a la cart menu other time, we serve in restaurant between 7am-10am.

IF NECESSARY, HOW CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY BOOKING?

You could modify the booking by yourself at online system, the same way you booked. If the booking reserved through agency, thne you may need to contact them first or send us your request at reservation counter.

IS IT BETTER TO BOOK DIRECTLY WITH HOTEL?

Better Prices : Hotel offer discounted rates same as OTA but always more benefit to members or returning guest on top programs that make the price at lower cost than OTA.

Better room choice is offered: In case hotel have limited resources, Hotel room assignments and all special guest requests will prioritize for guest who book directly with the hotel.

No Lost Reservations: Avoid taking this risk by booking your stay directly on the hotel’s own website. You’ll share your personal information and credit card details with the hotel only, and you’ll be sure your reservation won’t get lost.

Accountability: When the reservation relationship is between the guest and the hotel only, it’s clean and easy because there are only two parties involved: the customer and the business. When a third party (booking site) gets involved where things can get messy.

More flexibility: When you book directly, hotels will often be more willing and able to help should you need to change your dates or even cancel. Book with third party can support only for information but no authorize to amend.
